Friday Night

Texas A&M won the first set of the game. During the end of that set, Georgia's energy dipped, but the first loss did not stop them. The Bulldogs won the second set without hesitation, pushing the match into a fourth set.

Although Georgia worked hard to get back on top, Texas A&M took the third set. There was still one more chance for the Dawgs to turn things around, but the Aggies raised their level in the final set and closed it out. The whole match was exciting to watch — especially for anyone who plays the game.

Watching the team warm up was a highlight in itself. Seeing them pass the ball back and forth and loosen their arms offered real tips for any player in the stands. Higher-level games are worth attending not just for the competition, but for what you can take away from them.

It is easy to get lost in the game — and that is exactly the point.

Saturday: Revenge

The Bulldogs had another chance to beat the Aggies the next day, Saturday, March 13. Back for revenge, Georgia won their second game against Texas A&M and evened the series.

With their season coming to a close, the Bulldogs were ranked number ten in the SEC at the time. They had seen better seasons, but the hope was that the final stretch of games could push their ranking higher heading into the end of the 2020-2021 season.
